Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness

An analytical approach to studying the role of leaders in organizations and the relationship between leadership and organizational effectiveness. Leadership and management theories and concepts are presented and students are provided with opportunities to apply them. Included also are a discussion of leadership at different levels (individual, team, and organizational), the leader-follower relationship and its impact on organizations.
